We had a night out on the town... a street festival Doha-style in the old souq (market) area. Imported street performers lap up the attention. Here's a small sample. 
"Bolli" - girls dressed as swans on stilts. 
"Ice Cream Ali" - funny tricks with real ice cream. 
"Garry Stretch" - one word: freaky. 
"Alex the Cat" - nothing compared to the real tigers the Qataris house in their homes as pets.

Michael Johnson (think gold Nike shoes, 8 time world champion sprinter) was in the audience too!
McEnroe (think temper tantrums, 7 grand slams) beat Borg (think designer underwear, 11 grand slams) fair and square, albeit in a close game.

The boat scene... I finally get to be Isabelle's stage mother too! It's a very emotional scene and this is when hoards of audience members start crying.

Matilda came to watch the show twice and loved it. She got to hang out with Mia who was so lovely and even seranaded Matilda with her favourite song. How lucky!
